5 Stylish Women Who are Authors

Some people think an author is a nerd and geek a fashion clueless ,always on the laptop writing and drinking coffee . Well writers can be stylish too and can grace the red carpet too.

Here are five stylish women who are authors in particular order.

5.Tomi Adeyemi.

 

   Tomi Adeyemi can be described as eccentric.Tomi Adeyemi (born August 1, 1993) is a Nigerian-American novelist and creative writing coach. She is known for her book Children of Blood and Bone, the first in the Legacy of Orïsha trilogy published by Henry Holt Books for Young Readers, which won the 2018 Andre Norton Award for Young Adult Science Fiction and Fantasyand is a finalist for the 2019 Lodestar Award for Best Young Adult Book. The sequel to the book ,Children of virtue  and vengeance was recently released. She also blogs about creative writing @ Tomi Adeyemi.com . Her fashion sense and style is so apt and we give kudos to her or whoever styles her. This combination of yellow jumpsuit and green is definitely red carpet worthy!

4. Jumpha Lahiri

Jumpha Lahiri's evergreen and exquisite beauty draws my heart to her. She is so graceful and talented.

3. Chimamanda Ngozi Adiche .

   Chimamanda is one of my favorites authors. Her books hold a special place in my heart.is a Nigerian writer whose works range from novels to short stories to nonfiction.She was described in The Times Literary Supplement as "the most prominent" of a "procession of critically acclaimed young anglophone authors  succeeding in attracting a new generation of readers to African literature".

She is also activist of feminism and a fashionista. She advocate and encourages patronage of cloths made in Nigeria. She is always seen in various events clad in pieces made in Nigeria.

2.Zadie Smith.

   Zadie is not only a pretty face ,but a strong and intelligent woman. She is definitely role model worthy. She is also a talented writer. Zadie Adeline Smith FRSL is an English novelist, essayist, and short-story writer. Her debut novel, White Teeth, immediately became a best-seller and won a number of awards. She has been a tenured professor in the Creative Writing faculty of New York University since September 2010. She is often seen with head scarves and ties and modestly but beautifully dressed.

Joan Didion can be described as a strong willed ,unique and  iconic beautiful woman. Also she is stylish,and that's why she is our number one.

Joan Didion is an American writer. In the late 1960s, Didion's reportage brought Californian subcultures to wider attention. Her political writing often concentrated on the subtext of rhetoric. In 1991, she wrote the earliest mainstream media article to suggest the Central Park Five had been wrongfully convicted.  She is considered as one of the strongest writers in history. A movie on Netflix was made based on her biography. 

    Even at 84 she is stylish and classic.
