Scarlet is smart, Scarlet is young. She started ,step up to STEM. She is a model student. But with her friends she is just Scar, She smokes weed with them and jokes and studies with them. She gets in,at all colleges she applied to. She loves physics, she ia going to be like Albert Einstein one day.

    David is the district attorney's son ,and Scarlet's boyfriends beat friend. He is the star boy, he has been on the local newspaper 13% of the times it wad published in his lifetime. He is smart, he is headed for Stanford he is going to develop a cure for cancer. But he ia addicted to pills. He thinks the pressure by Grace ville to be successful is depressing. 

  David and Scar fall in love, but Scar is not so smart and David is not so careful. 

  I like that Shana's characters are not stereotypical. I also like the way she choose to tell the story of Scarlet, instead if taking the simple way. 

 As many nows as I get is a must read.
